The older players are introduced to the following soccer skills each week: Functional Training of Strikers, Midfielders and Defenders: intermediate soccer skills with defensive pressure, and attacking and defending in small-sided scrimmage games.



Below are suggestions for improvement in individual soccer fitness and training.



The BBC Soccer Skill Videos are another additional resource for becoming a better player or coach. Each video is 25 minutes long.
